HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Downtown Hendersonville is once again filled with apples, vendors, food, music and festivalgoers as the annual North Carolina Apple Festival gets underway.

The four-day festival runs through Monday, Sept. 7, bringing thousands of visitors to downtown Hendersonville for live entertainment, food and shopping, along with the annual King Apple Parade.
