ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office will hold a town hall meeting Sept. 10 to hear from residents and provide updates on public safety.

Sheriff Quentin Miller and members of the agency’s leadership team are expected to share information and take questions during the event, which is scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Swannanoa Fire Department.

The sheriff’s office said the town hall is intended to strengthen community partnerships and give residents a chance to voice concerns about issues affecting Buncombe County.
