ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The Biltmore Estate is offering a discount for Western North Carolina residents who visit between now and Dec. 19.

Biltmore started offering the $20 discount on admission to Candlelight Christmas Evenings, a night tour of Biltmore House, on Tuesday, Nov. 19. Tickets for night tours start at $145 without the discount.

“We are filled with hope and inspiration by our community’s resilience,” a social media post from the estate said in announcing the WNC Strong discount.

Tropical Storm Helene spawned record-breaking flooding of the French Broad and Swannanoa rivers in September. Heavy rainfall and high winds caused catastrophic damage to Biltmore Village, which sits at the estate’s entrance.

The WNC Strong discount is limited to Monday through Thursday evening tours of Biltmore House. Use promo code “wncstrong” when buying tickets online for the discount. The discount is for new Candlelight Christmas Evening reservations only and cannot be applied to existing reservations, nor can existing reservations be exchanged or canceled for a discounted reservation. Availability is limited. Click here to book a reservation.
