Five stops to span North Carolina; two coincide with basketball games

Cullowhee, N.C. – Western Carolina’s Department of Athletics is excited to announce the 8th Annual WCU Athletic Holiday Social Tour. This year’s tour includes five stops across the state of North Carolina spanning the holiday season. Along each stop, Catamount fans and WCU alumni will have exclusive opportunities to meet and socialize with coaches and administrators.

Two of this year’s stops coincide with a pair of Catamount men’s basketball road games against Atlantic Coast Conference competition including Nov. 27 meeting with Wake Forest and the Dec. 5 meeting with North Carolina State that will be played at historic Reynolds Coliseum.

All Catamount Club members are encouraged to bring family, friends, and other WCU fans to any holiday stops they plan to attend. Each event features light appetizers along with a cash bar throughout the night. It is respectfully requested that those planning to attend one – or more – of the WCU Athletics Holiday Social Tour stops RSVP before the provided deadlines to allow the venues to prepare accordingly.

To RSVP contact the Catamount Club via email at catamountclub@wcu.edu or contact Michelle Powers by phone at (828) 227-2056.
